Characteristic light plate wear to LH of Queen's head. Envelope addressed to Dunedin. B/s Invercargill 21 AU 63 & Dunedin AU 25 63, fold at left well clear of stamps. Holcombe cert (1998) stating cover cleaned and stamps lifted & rehinged. Also RPSL cert (2001). A rare multiple, especially on cover.
